As we come to the end of 2019 and look back on a very busy year, it is clear that photography continues to provide an extraordinary view of the world. We are very fortunate to work with so many talented and wonderful artists who each entrust us with their work. Every one of our shows and events have been a pleasure to work on and we so appreciate all the support we have enjoyed from you, our clients and friends.

The world of photography continues its march with even more images being uploaded, printed, emailed and looked at than ever before. Whilst this huge quantity of imagery vies for our attention on the many platforms we are now expected to look at daily, it is the true artists amongst us that win our undivided attention every time. Whether it is the visceral and extraordinary work that Paolo Pellegrin continues to make, or the highly creative exuberance that comes from the wonderful Tim Walker, it is clear that it is still photography which remains perfectly placed to react, record and embed images in our in our 21st century techno-culture.

We begin 2017 with momentous world events surrounding us, and it seems churlish to talk about what our small gallery in London has planned for you for the year ahead, but having said that, I sincerely believe that in our own small way, we can all individually make a difference by what we do and how we behave. The world will continue to turn and we collectively can all make a difference by striving for excellence in doing what is right and continuing to create good diverse and interesting events around our daily lives. There are lots of positive things happening in the world of photography.

An exhibition of the finalists works will be on display in London's prestigious Somerset House from early March.

Lucas Foglia continues to be recognised for his unique brand of documentary photography, work from his series Frontcountry is currently being exhibited in a new group show, RAY 2015, organised by a collection of Frankfurt's greatest museums.
This summer, the Photography Triennial RAY 2015 once again presents outstanding positions of contemporary photography at 12 venues in Frankfurt and the Rhine/Main region. From June 20 until September 20, the Fotografie Forum Frankfurt, the Museum Angewandte Kunst and the MMK Museum für Moderne Kunst Frankfurt am Main are collectively presenting the RAY 2015 exhibition IMAGINE REALITY. 28 contemporary artists have taken fragments of reality as sources to create imaginary and visionary worlds. In doing this, they move between documentary, applied and artistic photography.
